| ENGINEERING |
| Engineer I • Full Time |
Will inspect, maintain, and repair guest units including plumbing, small appliance repair, wall finishes, minor electrical, carpet and linoleum repair. Valid Florida driver’s license required. |

| FACILITIES MAINTENANCE |

| Will be responsible for the daily maintenance and cleanliness of the resort pool & spa features and surrounding deck areas. Duties will include the removal of debris from the water features, balancing chemicals that are required by Orange County Department of Health’s standards, and cleaning pool filter systems. This position will need to attend necessary training sessions in order to achieve a Certified Pool Operator license. |
