GOLF AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE Groundskeeper • Full Time Will perform maintenance on the grounds, including planting trees and shrubs and removing weeds. Must have grounds keeping experience. Florida driver’s license required.

ENGINEERING Senior Section Manager • Full Time Will lead a team of preventative maintenance and response technicians. Will participate in the hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision of all members of their team. Will ensure the staff's commitment to maintaining service expectations through observation, communication and recognition. At least two years of facilities maintenance management experience required. Valid FL Driver's License required. Must have excellent working knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, appliance repair, and plumbing.

FRONT DESK Guest Service Representative • Part Time & Full Time Looking for an energetic and friendly individual to welcome and direct all of our owners, in addition to assisting them with their luggage. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to stand outside for long periods of time. Bilingual a plus. Valid FL Driver's License required.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE Banquet Manager • Full Time Has the overall responsibility for planning and executing all banquet events. Will create BeOS for every event. Responsible for the hiring, training, and payroll of the banquet staff. Will order product and maintain inventory levels. Will also work with the Executive Chef to plan event menus. 2 years of related Banquet Management Experience and F&B Management State Certification required. Servers • Part Time/Temp Looking for experienced food service professionals to assist guests and ensure an enjoyable dining experience. This position requires superior guest relation skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

HOUSEKEEPING Housekeepers • Full Time Will be responsible for cleaning villas with multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms. Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8am to 5pm. Previous experience required. Housekeeping Supervisor • Full Time Will perform inspections of units and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available for staff members. Must have open availability. Experience required and bilingual a plus. Must have a valid FL Driver's License.

HUMAN RESOURCES Employee Relations Manager • Full Time This individual develops and builds strong relationships with company leadership, management and employees and works at both a tactical and strategic level to manage policies and procedures of people at work. Participated in policy development and assists leaders in understanding and implementing company policies. Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably Timeshare. Bachelor's degree from a four- year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR certification preferred.

MARKETING Off-property Consultant • Full Time Generate qualified tour guests for Orange Lake by providing exceptional customer service in our off-property locations. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks. Must have flexible schedule. Including evenings, weekends and holidays. Off-property Consultant – South Carolina • Full Time Generate qualified tour guests for South Beach Resort by providing exceptional customer service in our off-property locations. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks. Must have flexible schedule. Including evenings, weekends and holidays. In-House OPC • Full Time We are looking for highly motivated professionals for our In-House OPC (Off-property Consultant) department. Responsibilities consist of checking in and generating tours from our guests including owners, renters and RCI® exchangers in a face-to-face environment. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Previous experience preferred. OPC Manager • Full Time The primary function of this position is to drive qualified tours to Orange Lake Resort. The OPC Manager will provide the highest level of professional leadership and direction for their team and for the division as a whole. Previous timeshare experience, 2 yrs management experience and FL Driver's License required. Tickets and Transportation Rep • Full Time Provides world-class experience to our owners and sales tour guests. Will be responsible for assisting guest/employees and must have strong sales skills. Will be held accountable for achieving budgeted revenue goals through merchandise and additional theme park and dinner show ticket sales. Gifting Center Representative • Full Time Representative will be responsible for processing and distributing premiums and selling additional premiums to guests that have completed a sales presentation. Must be outgoing, expressive and a driver. Flexible schedule required.

SALES Pending Sales Account Representative • Full Time Responsible for the management of pending accounts. Activities include collections, transaction processing, down payment posting, posting extensions and securing additional documentation when necessary. Must exhibit computer and keyboard proficiency and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will take our vacationing families through the entire sales and tour process, front to back. Florida Real Estate license is required. Latitudes Consultants • Full Time Seeking the best and the brightest sales professionals with a proven track record. Will assist our vacationing families with leasing options. Sales Consultant South Carolina • Full Time Seeking the best and the brightest licensed sales professionals with a proven track record. Responsible for selling vacation ownership to qualified families through the entire sales and tour process, front to back. RESORT ACTIVITIES Interactive Entertainer / DJ • Part Time/Seasonal Responsible for providing interactive entertainment in the form of a disc jockey. This position effectively communicates and promotes resort amenities, restaurants, retail shops, and golf courses. Disc jockey, radio, or karaoke experience preferred. Strong knowledge of music and A/V equipment required. SECURITY The Assistant Manager provides protection for the resort, its guests, employees and visitors by planning, managing, and directing the activities of the Security Officers. Assists the Security Manager in the management and supervision of a shift while performing as a trainer of newly hired security associates. The Assistant Manager will work to ensure continuity of training for all security personnel. Security and Safety Officers • Temp Looking for customer service-oriented individuals. Candidates must have valid Florida driver’s license and can work a flexible schedule. Security certifications are a plus. MORTGAGE OPERATIONS Collector I • Full Time/Part Time Responsible to collect on past due mortgages and maintenance accounts. Candidate must have 2 years collection experience and skip tracing skills. Have opportunity to earn additional compensation based on performance. Bilingual communication is a plus. Must have flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. LAUNDRY Laundry Truck Driver • Part Time/Temp Will assist with the distribution and picking up of linens throughout the resort. Must be able to push and pull up to 100 lbs. Must have valid drivers license and be able to work a flexible schedule.
